Formats for Schools 

          Every school has to furnish various information to the department of education monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis. It requires a teacher to inspect all the records at school and jot it down in different formats. These formats are sometimes provided by the authorities but sometimes the teacher needs to prepare. Although teachers keep xerox copies of the same. But in remote areas, if one has no xerox copyleft, he/she has to make it available at first and then get it copied. It consumes time which can be utilized for other activities at school. Therefore these are being made available for teachers' use at a virtual place easily accessible. So that they may use it whenever needed. In this post, only three formats are being made available i.e. 

1. Monthly Enrolment Statement 
2. Twenty Point Report
3. Staff Statement 

Note:-     These formats are the reference/sample may be different to the one being used at present. Moreover, these formats may vary District to District and Bock to Block. Therefore before using these formats conform it from authorities whether these are as per the requirements.
